Zirconia drain

Product overview: The zirconium drain is made of stabilized zirconia and imported natural oblique zircon after being stabilized by a special process, then made by wet compaction, high pressure forming, and high temperature firing. The specific parameters and dimensions can be processed according to the different steelmaking environment and use requirements of users.

Product features: The zirconium drain has the characteristics of high strength, good thermal vibration performance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, low diameter expansion rate, and long service life.

Product application: The nozzle is mainly used for continuous casting of tundish billets, blooms, rectangular billets, and small slabs for pouring steel.

Compared with PS-M1 material, it has higher strength, anti-erosion performance, and also has good thermal stability. No less than 10 times of hot water cooling test at 1100 degrees. Compared with the zirconium core made of PS-M1 material, the zirconium core made of PS-M2 material can increase the use time by 30-40%. Generally, the use time of the upper nozzle is 60-70 hours, and the use time of the sizing nozzle is generally 24 hours without expansion in the range of 24-35 hours in different environments
