Zirconia sizing nozzle

Product Overview: The zirconium sizing nozzle is made of stabilized zirconia and imported natural oblique zircon after being stabilized by a special process, and then made by wet pressing, high pressure forming, and high temperature firing. Product characteristics: The zirconium sizing nozzle has the characteristics of high strength, good thermal vibration performance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, low diameter expansion rate, and long service life.

Product application: The sizing nozzle is mainly used for continuous casting of tundish billets, blooms, rectangular billets, and small slabs for pouring steel.

Compared with PS-M1 material, it has higher strength, anti-erosion performance, and also has good thermal stability. No less than 10 times of hot water cooling test at 1100 degrees. Compared with the zirconium core made of PS-M1 material, the zirconium core made of PS-M2 material can increase the use time by 30-40%. Generally, the use time of the upper nozzle is 60-70 hours, and the use time of the sizing nozzle is generally 24 hours without expansion in the range of 24-35 hours in different environments
